My Journey
From technical support to software engineering.
My path into software development wasn't centered around a single technology or job title. Over the course of my career, I've worked across technical support, automation, application development, team leadership, and AI-enabled solutions.
That experience taught me to look at technology from the user's perspective first. Whether I'm building an application, automating a process, or designing a new workflow, I want to understand the problem before deciding how technology should solve it.
Along the way, I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science to strengthen the academic foundation behind the engineering work I was already doing. The program expanded my experience across software design, algorithms, databases, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and modern full-stack development.
Today, I bring those experiences together: practical engineering, technical leadership, continuous learning, and a strong focus on building software that makes complicated things easier.
